Abstract Background Colonic Dieulafoy’s lesions (DLs) are an extremely rare cause of acute gastrointestinal bleeding. However, it could be presented from self-limiting, mild bleeding episodes up to recurrent, massive life-threatening hemorrhage. Case presentation We present a case 9-year-old female with recurrent attacks hematochezia. The colonoscopy showed actively at the rectosigmoid colon that was successfully managed endoscopically by application two hemoclips. Conclusion A prompt and accurate diagnosis in patients lesion carries paramount importance. meticulous examination proper resuscitation must because massive, uncontrolled this may culminate death patient fairly quickly.
